Our team will assess the situation, and if the error is on our part, we will arrange for a replacement or full refund.Return Shipping:
If the mistake is on our part, we will cover return shipping costs. In all other cases, customers are responsible for return shipping.
Refund Process:

- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we confirm the return and the issue.
